What information we collect
At purchase: We collect your name and email address through our payment processor (Stripe) for billing and account management purposes. Stripe handles all payment data. We never see or store your credit card information.
At onboarding: We collect the information you provide during setup — your name, contact information, professional summary, skills, certifications, education, and target role. This information is used solely to configure your neverapply pipeline. It is written directly into a Google Doc inside your own Google Drive. We do not retain a copy on our servers.
Usage data: We do not collect analytics, usage logs, or behavioral data about how you use neverapply. The system runs in your Google account and its logs stay there.
Your profile document is a Google Doc created in your Google Drive during onboarding. You own it, you control it, and you can edit, share, or delete it at any time. We cannot access it.
What we do not collect
We do not collect, store, or access any of the following:
- Your emails or email content
- Your recruiter communications
- Your resume documents after they are generated
- Your Google Contacts
- Your Google Drive files beyond what you explicitly create during setup
- Your location data
- Behavioral or usage analytics
- Any data from your Google account beyond what you provide during onboarding
How your data is used
The name and email address we collect at purchase are used to:
- Process your payment and manage your subscription
- Send you onboarding instructions and license key
- Contact you about your subscription, billing, or service updates
- Respond to support requests
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with anyone except as required by law or as described in the third-party services section below.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a conversion tracking and retargeting tool provided by LinkedIn Corporation. The Insight Tag enables us to track conversions from LinkedIn ad campaigns and build retargeting audiences of people who have visited neverapply.ai.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag collects data including URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser properties, and timestamp. This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days, and pseudonymized data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share personal data with us — we receive only aggregated reports.
You can opt out of LinkedIn's tracking at linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls. For more information, see LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
neverapply integrates with the following third-party services. Each is subject to their own privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
Data retention
We retain your name and email address for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing and support purposes — typically 12 months.
Your Google Doc, Drive folder, tracking sheet, and all data stored in your Google account remain in your account indefinitely. They are yours regardless of your subscription status. We cannot access or delete them on your behalf.
If you request deletion of the data we hold about you (name, email, billing records), we will remove it from our records within 30 days. Email hello@neverapply.ai to make a deletion request.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information from our records
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@neverapply.ai. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Children
neverapply is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email when possible. Continued use of neverapply after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
