Refund rules by plan
neverapply.ai has one standard membership price: $1 for the first 30 days, then $200/month thereafter.

Your first 30 days of neverapply.ai are billed at a promotional rate of $1.
After your initial 30-day period ends, your subscription automatically renews at $200/month unless canceled before renewal.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
This is the full system — not a demo. You get real access inside your own Google account from day one.
Refund during the first 30 days: If neverapply.ai does not function as described during your first 30 days, contact us at hello@neverapply.ai. We will either fix the issue or refund your $1 payment.
After the first 30 days: We do not offer prorated refunds for monthly subscription periods already started. If you cancel after your subscription renews, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for and no further charges are made.
Technical failure exception: If neverapply.ai fails to perform its core functionality and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days after your support request, you are entitled to a refund of your most recent monthly payment.
What qualifies as a technical failure
A technical failure is defined as neverapply.ai failing to perform its core function due to a defect in the system itself.
The following do not constitute a technical failure:
- Your Gmail account settings or filters
- Your Google Workspace permissions
- Your OpenAI API key being invalid, expired, or out of credits
- Job board terms of service changes
- Google API changes outside our control
- Failure to complete onboarding steps or provide required account access
We will work in good faith to distinguish system defects from user configuration issues and resolve legitimate failures promptly.
How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund payments for billing periods already started, except where the technical failure exception applies.
To cancel, email hello@neverapply.ai with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include the email address used at purchase.
How to request a refund
Email hello@neverapply.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following:
- Your name and the email address used at purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Any screenshots or details that help us identify the problem
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Subject line: "Refund Request" — this routes your email to the right place and speeds up our response.
